@DefiantLs This is a fundamental misunderstanding of USAID. Even when operating properly, it wasn't some pure, altruistic program. It was designed so that if we had a regional conflict, the local population would have goodwill towards us and support us rather than our adversary.

That is not normal to do it that way, I’m wondering if Schumer just slipped that past or if I’m missing something

@POTUS DC is shameful. Every time I go there I’m embarrassed this is the capital of the richest nation on Earth. It definitely still needs adult supervision.
