@Tanveer11521561@thsottiaux@thsottiaux yall should offer plans for business customers. All of our devs are using “personal” subscriptions that we reimburse for. Offer subscriptions to businesses so we can centralize billing. Most businesses are not large enough for “enterprise” but token pricing is wack
Elon Musk lost his poll so basically what he should do is extend the poll another week. If he is still losing he should extend it another day and keep doing that until he gets the desired result. Right dems?
@mrlevine Any idea why @ford is issuing inaccurate press release? The statement says customers can transfer orders if unhappy with their dealers. I called the bronco hotline from the statement and was told orders cannot be transferred. @Jalopnik https://t.co/kCDjOGi430
@villageford@DrRickKral@bigmountnskier@mrlevine@Ford@mtruby I have placed an order with my dealer. I also replied to your DM in case you haven’t seen it yet. I’m trying to understand the chances of a new order arriving before my reservation from 2020. It seems like they are high.
Hey @mrlevine any suggestions where I can find a dealer who would agree to such a signed document? Preferably one @ford is willing to allocate to. I would like to switch my order to them. Oh wait ! #reservationsbeforallocations.
@bigmountnskier@villageford@DrRickKral@mrlevine@Ford@mtruby That would explain all the local dealers with units available for well over MSRP… quite sad. I’m starting wish @ford had never offered a “reservation” program. Then I would not have gotten my hopes up that I could get one at a reasonable price for the fist several years.
@bigmountnskier@villageford@DrRickKral@mrlevine@Ford@mtruby This is really interesting. My question is if we can’t transfer and have to place a new order how can the new order get filled before my reservation from 2020 maybe something to do with this https://t.co/kCDjOGi430
@michaelhagen82@mrlevine This is totally the point. Doing right by the customer is always the best move. Ultimately you’re not leaving money on the table if jacking up prices now looses you future business.
@michaelhagen82@mrlevine@Ford This is so much the problem with @ford’s allocation over reservation approach. The reservation system is a great idea. Let customers get I line with the MFG and make dealers compete for those customers VS customers compete to find dealers with inventory.
@mrlevine@michaelhagen82@Ford Yes that is true. I don’t mind the wait. I mind the wait with no updates and similar builds sitting on lots for way over MSRP
@mrlevine@michaelhagen82@Ford@mrlevine Yes to loosing tow package. Smaller engine, no Sasquatch or Lux package turns it into a completely different vehicle. I also don’t want to switch to soft top and then not be able to buy a hardtop for several years and then only for a major premium.
@michaelhagen82@mrlevine@Ford Michael, I don’t want my response to be construed as dismissive of your attempts to reach out. I’ll send you a DM and we can talk about your allocations and if you can help.
@michaelhagen82@mrlevine@Ford Hey Michael, Thanks for reaching out. A big part of the issue seems to be the size of the dealers. The large dealers get the allocations and then add markups because they have all the inventory. This makes it hard for small dealers who are trying to compete on price.
@mrlevine@michaelhagen82@Ford Mike, It is nice to see these other dealers in smaller markets reaching out. Do you know if they might have the allocations to help those of us in large markets speed up our orders without moving to big dealers with big markups ?
