But that probably wasn't because of skills because the skills were still being developed. The schools were getting better, graduate rate was increasing, but it hadn't happened yet.

I think where people live and work is important when considering their opinions and we have made a big error in downplaying it. One reason I don't use Bluesky is because it doesn't promote location as a top tier feature of its bios.
