Just travelled to the Lincolnshire coast and found all the carparks on the coast are now pay and display, is this a joke @LincolnshireCC ? And then when I've been looking around found the smallest A4 notice that it would be happening, absolutely disgraceful

Hilarious watching a Lincolnshire police officer pull someone over for checking his phone whilst sat still in traffic, moments and I mean moments after over taking me on a 30mph speed limit urban road 😂 he had to speed to over take me, thats why you can't take them seriously
