This woman is a psycho. And she’s lying. She’s trying to claim that Jeff and his sons were bullies and that his sons learned it from him. She claimed that she and her friends (one of them being Tiffney Billions) were “bullied” from their seats in the courtroom.

I was in the courtroom, two seats down from Jeff Metcalf. Directly behind him were this woman and her friends. There is NO ASSIGNED SEATING in the courtroom. A few younger individuals arrived at the courtroom BEFORE them during a break and sat down behind Jeff Metcalf and his family.

When she and her friends arrived, they tried to bully these young individuals out of the seats they chose, even though there were plenty of other seats elsewhere. This woman kept saying, “That’s my seat,” to which one of them replied, “I don’t see any names on them.” She was loud and clearly irritated. And no one cared.

But now she’s spinning a narrative and somehow blaming this on Jeff. Jeff remained silent and had nothing to do with it.

Deflecting Expertise: Donny openly stated, "I'm not an authority on the subject," and directed the audience to consult the general authorities of the church for a formal explanation.
Denying Prejudice: Donny argued that Latter-day Saints were "not prejudiced people" and claimed the LDS faith actually "offers more to the Black person than other religions".
Divine Will: Acknowledging that Black men could not hold the priesthood at the time, Donny stated that the exact reason was unknown but concluded it was simply "the way the Lord wants it".

The interview captured a highly tense era for the LDS Church. From the mid-19th century until June 1978, the church maintained a policy that barred Black men of African descent from ordainment to the priesthood and prevented Black men and women from participating in temple endowment ceremonies.
The Osmonds, who frequently used their national celebrity to promote a positive, clean-cut image of Mormonism, often found themselves defending these controversial doctrines on mainstream talk shows. The policy was officially reversed by Church President Spencer W. Kimball on June 8, 1978.

She highlights what she believed led to Joni’s death. She states that Joni Marrying someone who was someone else's husband (Lisa Weiss) is what lead to her downfall. God would have preferred that Joni Lamb repent and not have to face judgement. Joni's friend tells us Joni Lambs Last Word to Jonathan Lamb In Person about two years ago at a Daystar TV meeting. Joni's last words to Jonathan Lamb were “Let God judge between you and me Jonathan who is right”. Joni Might not have realized at the time but she put God to the test. Her friend believes this is what lead to her early and tragic demise. The lessons in all of this is not to ever put God to the test especially when we are living in unrepentant sin in our lives. I do believe that God did judge was was right and that was Jonathan and Suzy Lamb. This is still still very upsetting because the story didn't need to end this way

This story was reported under unusual circumstances. Much of my work happened from my father's hospital room while he battled sepsis and pneumonia. I worked between doctors' rounds during the day and through the night so he wouldn't wake up alone and disoriented.

The good news: he's improving, now in rehab and on the road to recovery.
