@UKEnterprise Why is SO difficult to speak to a human being? It is ridiculous that you have a phone number to speak to traffic violations that just tells you to email and the option to speak to a receptionist just restarts the message options. Why is it taking days to respond?

@DPDgroup_news Also I can't access the instant chat feature online as it says my Tracking number is invalid AND when calling number it gives me a tracking number with a different number of digits?? What is going on?!

@DPDgroup_news According to my follow my parcel, it arrived in a DPD depot yesterday and now it says "we're preparing to return your parcel to sender". Not had an explanation for this?
