@GoldbergNic Partiellement vrai. Les logements qui consomment à partir de 450 kWh / an /m2 (et qui sont donc classés G) sont interdits à la location en 2023. Ça pénalise fortement les petites surfaces, studios etc… et donc les étudiants et jeunes actifs sont les plus impactés
