They might say Trust them to do what as there are many agendas going on. Make America great again? How? By what means? How will it show? Even if a sitting government don't like it they must be accountable to base.

He has some sort of point though. If you are ill it's NHS 20 years palliative care never ending circle. Private, sort you out a month? A week? A day?
