@AnthropicAI I’m confused and honestly disappointed. I previously had a Claude subscription, but now I’m unable to access the free tier.
Is this intended behavior, or a bug? If someone paid in the past, should they lose the ability to use Claude free later?

Wait for another week since weekly credit is over for a monthly subscription? I would rather choose to use free accounts with multiple ids than a paid subscription!

@AnthropicAI @claudeai The way you stop Claude paid service is so abrupt. My work was stopped in between saying that my weekly credits got expired. Now, I cant do anything with the half done work...You should have some courtesy to complete the work before stopping for a week.
