For #WazirX creditors who held #XRP and #SOL on July 18, 2024, the scheme proposed by @WazirXIndia is a complete rip-off!!!

Despite receiving 85% of the USD value, you will still lose over 82% of your XRP and Solana UNIT holdings. Check the attached table for a detailed breakdown assuming that you had 100 units of #XRP and 100 units of #SOL

For these reasons, I am NOT in favor of @WazirXIndia's proposed scheme. Liquidation remains the only way to fully uncover not just the ownership issues surrounding #WazirX, but also potential claims against its sub-companies—something that won’t be possible if the scheme is approved.
