These guidelines caused my bloodwork in 2019 to show my A1C at 11 , basically saying I'm diabetic- ur A1C is suppose to be around 7 - I started not eating those state trays and my last 3 checks showed my A1C at 6.5 .prison will make you diabetic!

@RPRISONISSUES I used to tell my wife the same been out 2 years and these people weird....No commonsense is the issue
