Speaking of the middle and lower middle class, I want to ask you a question? What is your solution? Do nothing like the spineless, worthless politicians of the past? Those who complain about how the tariffs either do not understand the economic crisis the US is in or they do not understand economics. The fact is, the US is running such a massive deficit and the debt has ballooned to the point that the entire US economy will not be big enough to even service the interest on the debt. If that was a private company, it would be bankrupt. Since it is the Government, they will either have to default on the loans, which will collapse our economy, with the rest of the world following, or they will choose to print more money to pay the debt, thus deflating the dollar so quickly as to render it worthless. You think the middle class is hurt now, just wait until one of the other options happen! Inflation will soar to never before seen levels with no end in sight, and the stock market will crash. When gas goes from $3/gallon to $6 and then $9, and already expensive groceries double and triple, simply because the dollar is worth less and less, yet wages and retirement stay at the same level, no one will be able to afford anything and companies will not be able to survive. Tariffs are not convenient for anyone, but the US cannot financially afford to be ripped off any longer. Stocks will dip and dive, and there will be some job loss, but ultimately there should be more job creation because it is not longer attractive for companies to ship their jobs overseas. US manufacturing will be able to better compete with the cheap crap made in sweat factories under horrible human and environmental conditions in China and other cheap labor countries that exploit their citizens. Stocks will eventually rebound under a strong and stable US economy. The short term will be rough, but the long term will be much better for it. Again, what grand plan does anyone else have to combat this looming catastrophe? Tax the rich? That just stifles job creation, and even if you took every penny from every billionaire in the US, you wouldn't be able to even begin to keep up with the interest on the debt, let alone the runaway deficit! It's so easy to complain, but I require those who complain around me to also propose a solution. If they can't propose a workable solution, then I just ignore them completely as whiners and complainers. The Government has to get spending under control, and we have got to have fair trade if we want to continue with the same standard of living we have come to expect. The adults are taking control and the petulant children are throwing their tantrums.

When I was a starving 18 year old commercial real estate agent back in 1991, one developer breaking ground on a pioneering 6 story Class A office building put his arm around me & allowed me to work on his project: Jim Morse. He treated me with respect, lifted me up & encouraged me at a time when I needed it most.

It was Jim who taught me to “treat everyone like they are Bill Gates”, admonishing me to never underestimate the power of relationships & treating everyone with respect.

When I flew out to secretly inspect & close on Skinwalker Ranch back in 2016, I asked Jim to accompany me for my “first look” & assist me. His unique talents coupled with philanthropic efforts with the Native American tribes uniquely qualified him to be my closest confidante as I acquired a most unique piece of real estate - situated in the heart of the Uintah Basin. He continues to be a constant positive influence in my life & a key team member with our investigation & hit docuseries (making him world famous!).

Today is Jim’s birthday & I cannot adequately express my appreciation for this man and his influence & impact on my life. I often say he is “the most interesting man in the world” (those who know, know).

Never underestimate the power of a relationship.

ESPECIALLY in the UFO/Paranormal space! I can say that I usually make just enough $ on these events to pay for my family to come. Usually ends up costing more than I made. Even so, Making $$ doesn't make it fake.
