@gad1rovaGB Aspire gymnasts only qualify to next years’ British if they achieved a ‘working at’ score at Excel 3 (54+) and competed at Dev 3 to receive a combined score. Some gymnasts on the list will have competed at Dev 3 without passing Excel 3 as they could have had no other comps.

My insomnia is back with a vengeance. After only getting four hours broken sleep the night before last, coaching an 8 hour day, followed by a 3.5 hour drive down to Andover I assumed I would be out like a light last night… no, I couldn’t get to sleep till 5…🙃😴🫠pray for me.

THE MOST STRESSFUL MORNING! We’re going to the USA on Sunday for a two week holiday and after last year’s trip to NYC, we still had valid ESTA visas. I didn’t realise you needed a new ESTA when you got a new passport, which I had to get in April…

So, I’ve spent all morning - and £117 - on the phone to the Border Control office in Washington trying to see if I can fast track my ESTA application. You can’t. The first person I spoke to said I needed to apply for a new one and currently they’re taking up to two weeks…
