「場所」が大事になってるシーンが多く、そこに主人公がいる様子を客観的に描くためです。
難しい芝居になる場合が多く、アニメーターには不評でしたが。。

Ken Anderson. Began in the 1930s at Disney, started out as an architect. He created the fun character line up and look of Jungle Book. This drawing stands out as most lyrical, to delineate something to be precious with. Where Mowgli's romp ends, his world to return to.

Doug Wildey. Jonny Quest Classics #1 Wraparound cover art. Very bold choice for the large mass of terror bird take up most of the image. Directs the eye to the helpless prey of Jonny who is looking like a quick snack. Somewhere there’s a lucky person who owns this master work.
