Petition for the House Tri-Committee to summon Manila Times’ Rigoberto Tiglao

In the issues concerning the West Philippine Sea, the vlogger Mark Lopez is nothing compared to an appointee of the former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Mr. Rigoberto Tiglao. Together with names like Ms. Sass Sasot, Daniel Long, Anna Malindog-Uy and the guy who owns the bakery.

They were spreading dangerous false narratives in crucial times like when China Coast Guard was water-bombing the Philippine Coast Guard. I think there’s a strong need to clarify these issues before the public. It is well-written how China uses information warfare to rally their cause in different countries. We need to push back to have a one united nation.

The same people now cry for sovereignty over the arrest of the former President Duterte, yet they peddle the narrative of China regarding the issues of the West Philippine Sea. The exact same narrative of China. I swear!

Deputy Speaker Duke Frasco filed a cyber libel case against Rigoberto Tiglao over his allegations that Frasco was bribed to sign the impeachment complaint against the Vice President Sara Duterte. Congressman Frasco said that:  "He did not even bother to exercise diligence in verifying this by translating my statements from the Visayan dialect. With obviously no good intention, [Tiglao] publicly maligned me without citing a shred of proof for such destructive imputations,"

Coincidentally, if you read all the releases of Mr. Tiglao, he’s been biased for the Dutertes —- in fact, he was sure that Sara Duterte will not be impeached in his piece last September 2024.

I wonder why Manila Time is giving too much space and platform to pro-Duterte personalities, I believe aside from Rigoberto Tiglao, Anna Malindog-Uy and Mark Lopez write for that newspaper. :/
