@united It's not rebooking - this happened a week ago. It's making right what your employees screwed up and I ended up in the Jersey airport for over 24 hours due to your error. I tried to leave feedback on the website, and that's broken too. You guys need to make this right.
Well, it’s been over 18 months, you still have our money, and literally crickets from customer service. @DoorDash@DoorDash_Help has been completely useless.
Don’t use for your business- too many other competitors who actually know how to take care of customers.
Hey @DoorDash@DoorDash_Help after spending literally hours on the phone with your off-shore based tech support, our $500 account balance is still locked out for ‘fraud’ alert as we tried to provide our employees lunch. Your customer service is a disaster.

@BauBax Sorry, asking me to pay to ship back to you after telling me you’re financially insolvent doesn’t imbue with with an excess of confidence. This was a horrible product, wrong sized, and my customer svc experience was terrible. Buyer beware.
