@SchoenzartJas I found the cap dimensions to be very consistent within a batch of caps and between different batches, but I suspect the dimension might depend a bit on the resin type and wash settings. I will do proper measurement next time I have the chance.

@SchoenzartJas I used an empirical approach, where I printed a range of diameters (with 25µm increments), and selected the best fit. The clearance for a press fit is about 50µm, which is above the 25µm resolution of the Forms 3 printer.

I'm currently working on dyeing them to make them easier to identify! I hope to set an international convention about rotor colours. Can we all agree that 4mm is pink, and 1.3mm is blue 👀? #NMRchat

@camnmrservice @zhanghe_goh 👀👀 ssNMR caps seem to have got at least 1000 times less expensive yesterday, thanks to our brand ne @formlabs printer, and @kongooitan's recent paper. More on that later... hopefully soon to be combined with @danielc_pereira's stator. Anyone to give us cheap rotors?
