@GolfDigestAU My maternal Gma took me out for games on the sandscrape greens at Holbrook Golf Club when I was about 8 or 9 while my paternal Gpa was ill and couldn't play, but had an old school indoor putting contraption i used for hours. He gave me my first set of clubs - East Bros blades!

@_cricketsparsh No, he was highly overrated

Good at saving runs, but when presented with opportunity for run outs via direct hit, didn't have a great radar compared to elite like Ponting, Symonds etc

He was probably best at diving to save a ball that would get past most, but didn't get ppl out

I see no discernible difference between these & ProV, TourTP, Chrome Soft etc. I was previously a "whatever is on sale" guy & not wedded to anything, but wouldn't use a Velocity or similar, maybe a broader range of Srixon or Bridgey
