@hollyshortall I do, turns out I have really bad nasal polyps. The specialist described it as asthma, it’ll always be there, just a case of maintaining it. I use a nasal rinse everyday and that’s reduced it to one or two a year for me, rather than once a month.

Our Music Generation Clare Band sessions are in full flow Wednesdays from 7-8pm on our Clon Road Campus in Ennis. All instruments welcome and it’s a great way to meet new people and jam out some favourite tunes in a unique way with our tutors @annas_anchor and Cein Daly!
