Countries on a global scale can afford all the freebies you mentioned because the US provides the military protections. Once that stops then, maybe, we in the us can provide the same “freebies” here.

Fewer people died in the two atomic bombings than were projected if the US had landed troops. Only two ways would Japan surrender, the bombing or another D-Day. Japanese military was already training civilians to resist a landing. US casualties were projected to be over 1,000,000 deceased or wounded. Higher projections on Japan’s side. Not using the bombs would be equivalent to not using the B-29 because Japanese fighters had trouble reaching their altitude. Dumb reasoning.

It seems he’s accomplished what 4-5 Presidents couldn’t do. Eliminate Iran as a Middle East threat. He’ll get the treaty finished and nuke materials out or Iran will starve.

I support Trump because he’s doing what he promised during his campaign. Don’t bring up the War with Iran, I’d rather have this level of war than with Iran having nuke. Or, would you prefer trading nuclear warheads with them knowing a major American city would be vaporized? They’ve shown they have the capability of an intercontinental ballistic missile or close to one. As soon as the Strait of Hormuz is secure, the price of consumer goods will drop.
