@TicketmasterCS This is now very time sensitive as you have sold her and her friend places on a bus to get to this concert but never sent her the code to do this. With every day that goes by there will be less spaces. This is all down to @TicketmasterUK complete incompetence

This situation is now becoming urgent so we would appreciate some attempt from you to sort out this terrible customer service

@Ticketmast65669 To make matters worse with this situation we were contacted by these people @Ticketmast65669 we now realise pretending to be @TicketmasterCS who were very believable until they tried to refund us through a third party app, please everyone be aware of this scam
