@HM_Passport my 4 year old child’s passport photo was rejected because they were smiling. Your photo guidelines clear state that children under 6 can smile. Who do I need to speak to in order to resolve this? I tried the hotline but was told they couldn’t help.
@Argos_Online the iOS app and website both continually fail when I click the “continue with delivery” button. The app shows a “sorry, we can’t find the page you’re looking for” message whereas the website just reloads the trolley page.
@SugarmateApp I’ve got my Dexcom data in nightscout and have connected this to sugarmate and can now see my data on the website. Why remove the iOS app from the UK store if there is the option to source data from alternative means?
@SugarmateApp do you know when the non US Dexcom servers will be supported (I’m in UK)? Why can’t sugarmate temporarily use the legacy https://t.co/14Fnl917PA API until the new one is available?
@Tesco Got in earlier but app timed out whilst taking payment and then crashed. Having to wait in the queue and I fear I’ll lose my slot (been waiting over an hour to get back in).
@virginmedia Why do renewing customers get offered deals NOWHERE near as good as the ones advertised on the website? Been a customer for many years and the deal I get offered is almost 2x the price?
@ghd What a PR disaster Black Friday was for you. No excuse for a website to behave the way yours did. If you have an issue then take the website OFFLINE and don’t make your customers suffer and leave them out of pocket (multiple times!)
@petnetiosupport can’t get the manual feeding button to work. I’ve toggled it off/on via the app and tried both a short and long press but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

@petnetiosupport just received the 2nd gen feeder. The app continually fails to set up the device. Using ‘change device’ option within the iOS app to replace my 1st gen device with this one.
@virginmedia There are no known issues displayed. I previously got good speeds when I joined VM. Now getting slow connection and nothing has changed. Rebooted router at weekend and that didn’t help.
