It’s with great sadness we are announcing the sudden death of Elaine Thomson, the matriarch behind Thomson Scaffolding & the Thomson family. She touched the lives of many, brought humour to any situation and left an impression on all who met her. Another immense loss.

The metal work inside the Powerhouse at Hafod Morfa Copperworks has been sympathetically restored. It can be spotted behind the scaffolding & through the open roof, it looks amazing! The building will look fantastic when completed & it becomes the distillery for @PenderynWhisky

On behalf of the family we would like to thank each and every one of you that lined the streets for our dad today. Not the send off we envisaged-but seeing you all paying him your respects was a massive comfort and made us smile. He’d have loved it ❤️

It is with heavy hearts that we write this. Stephen Thomson sadly passed away during the night, after a long fight with cancer. His mind was fighting all the way, but his body could fight no more. An Immense loss.
