Hello @PNBph 4 hours na ko sa branch ninyo kausap ang customer care.. Iโm just asking for a certificate of full payment for my credit card that I fully-paid Jan 2024.. 2nd request ko na ito.. 2024 pa ko nag-request.. nagkalimutan na lang.. ngayon. 2026 na.. ANO NA??!!
Funny din talaga ang @angkas .. nag-report ako thru Messenger nila.. 24 hours after, no reply pa rin.. ๐ ๐ kaya kayo tinatalo ng ibang ride hailing apps eh.. ๐คฃ๐คฃ
So yun pala ginagawa ng partner riders nyo @angkas .. ihahatid ka, tapos kapag nahatid ka na, ika-cancel nila yung booking mo.. pero nahatid ka na nila successfully.. kaya magti-trigger ulet ng booking..
Then may mabu-book na ulet na rider.. na siyempre sasabihan mo na nahatid ka na.. akala mo glitch.. yun pala, nilalaro na kayo ng partner riders nyo.. ๐ ๐
I think thereโs a bug in @angkas .. this is the second time na na-confirm yung ride booking ko, tapos naihatid na ko na driver sa pupuntahan ko, then biglang matched ulet once I arrived sa destination.. tapos when I checked history, wala dun yung completed ride ko.. weird..
So we didnโt get any comms about tryouts for our companyโs sportsfest.. I mean, we wonโt be able to participate given schedule, but wouldโve expected to at least be informed..
