Everytime I try sending money, it goes on hold. I have to waste 15-20 minutes on phone verifying my identity before the money transfer is complete - EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!
Time to find a better bank I guess.

@RiaFinancial your agent says only Credit/Debit payments are eligible for express payment. Money I sent is withheld for slow delivery after 4 days. Even last month folks rec'd money on same day. What changed and why? Quit Ria and move to other provider?
@RiaFinancial 4-5 days is totally unacceptable. I will go with Zoom or ICICIBank in that case, and they have almost same rate that you give. Also, your agent was so insensitive and mean. What happened to your great customer service?
@RiaFinancial i have been your customer for many years. All these years, money was sent in a few minutes, including the last one 2 weeks ago. Check my account so you know! I sent to India from USA
@PNCBank_Help you guys blocked my account when i was out of the country, and though i tried to explain, PNC wouldnt care ! Such meaningless service ! Is there anyone i can talk to?
