This thing is so simple. Side chicks do not owe the wife any loyalty, and wives do not owe the side chick any kindness or inclusion when they decide to procreate with married men. If you are knowingly sleeping with a married man, and have no regard for his wife, if fall pregnant don’t expect her to have any regard for you or the child you bring into the situation. It may not make sense to us but how people decide to navigate and negotiate their marriages and forgiving their partners is between the partners, unfortunately they don’t have to extend any of that kindness to anyone else, even if we feel like it’s the moral thing to do. The only person who should be expected to extend any love or care is the father.

My favourite thing on the internet this week? There’s this girl, Lerato, on TikTok who’s teaching a stranger a valuable lesson. Lerato posted a picture of herself and her boyfriend, and some random girl named Precious came into the comments with “small world” energy, dropping the guy’s name and location. From the looks of it, she was lying about being involved with him, all for clout and giggles. It seems her only intention was to embarrass Lerato or humble her for no reason.

Now things are getting serious. Lerato is taking the issue further, lawyers are involved, and Precious is nowhere to be seen, they even contacted her workplace. I genuinely hate people who can’t stand seeing others happy and always want to burst someone else’s bubble. Sometimes, people need to learn that their actions have consequences. And honestly? She’s finding that out the hard way. 😔
