There could be a lot of ways to arrange stuff but voice input is going to be coming along too. There's a product I discovered a few years ago called @thortspace that arranges concepts on the surfaces of spheres and maps a sort of graph network between spheres and items on the spheres. I think it could be useful for 3D or even 4D (with timeline) arrangements.

People who are finding AI callouts annoying, you can turn them completely OFF by setting the 3 toggles to red in the AI tab panel (second graphic).
A better fix this is coming in the next release.
