@Drkevorkian666 @cryptaxpt Makes sense. My wife is Portuguese and we live in the US. Moving there most likely so will keep that in mind. Probably dependent on the building of course. Honestly though I feel the cold in winter is worse than hot in summer. Mini-split that does heat and ac would be ideal.

@RealPatSawyer I never understood how someone could hand over their child between the age of 3-18 months to a daycare 5x week. I would find a way, that baby needs you not some stranger. I have two kids and we made sacrifices to keep them out of daycare until 3-4.

@WallStreetMav When the hero Gaddafi was killed leading to mass immigration to Europe and the west. Open border policy in the US over the past 15 years cause a lot of the social issues we see today. Also giving into groups like BLM, should have labeled a terrorist group.

@JustTheTweets17 I get your logic here but we are in unprecedented times with inflation. The homes are not getting more valuable rather the dollar spending power is weakening. IMO we could see some 10-20% corrections in certain areas but if mortgage rates go down the “crash” will not happen.
