What I mean by “male-spaces” are spaces where men can connect with each other from a phenomenological perspective. The experience of being a man is distinct in its own right and should be explored imo.
@CaitPsych Women don’t ‘ruin’ our hobbies and spaces but this calls for the need for male-based spaces so men can connect with other men better. Just like women have certain groups and events for women, men can have similar things.

Not every man needs to look like a bodybuilder.
Not every man needs to look like a movie star.
Not every man needs to look like an influencer.
Why do we as men continue to compare ourselves to these distorted images of how men are suppose to look?
Depression can change the structure of the brain and how the brain functions.
Never let anyone tell you that depression isn’t real or it’s just sadness.
It is real and it isn’t just being sad.
Trauma, abuse, and neglect are things that men shouldn’t be ashamed of.
A lot of people go through these unfortunate experiences.
It’s about owning our stories and trying to work through them.
To my fellow young men…
You don’t have to “lock in” all the time to be better.
Sometimes you need to relax and recover.
Men are humans first and foremost, we get burned out too.
You can hold on to multiple truths at the same time.
When people have a binary way of thinking it causes problems.
Start thinking more dialetically, this means holding on to multiple perspectives and accepting contradictions.
