@ovomelly @screengrabbist @2JuicyGooch You’re loud and ignorant, skipping breakfast is the most feasible approach to intermittent fasting, if you take breakfast let’s say by 7am, except you eat late at night which is also not ideal, you’re not getting close to the 14-16 hrs gap optimal for intermittent fasting.

I made a simple and harmless post about how a yahoo boy that used to live in our compound paid for our sumo instead of getting the message y'all are changing the narrative. Well if you really care to know . The top two richest and most powerful and influencial nations built their economy on fraud . The world can not run without fraud , our problems in Nigeria is that we amplify own too much by spending recklessly and not investing it in our country.... meanwhile all these most fraudulent countries are investing the money they made through fraud back to their country If all these yahoo boys that are making hundreds of thousands dollars are using it to build factories, create and innovate things , then employ the poor people , our economy would have been way stronger than the the way it is . But instead we use it to buy luxury cars that are not manufactured in our country, use it to buy luxurious watches , clothes , bags , go on vacation to different countries, how do you expect us to grow . Let me just end here for now .
