@autocarindiamag@Zigwheels@MotorOctane@CitroenIndia It has now been several days since details were shared, and the matter remains unresolved.
No contact has been made, and even the service invoice remains pending despite payment.
In absence of resolution, I will be exploring formal consumer remedies. @CitroenIndia@Stellantis
Facing a very concerning experience with my Citroën C5 Aircross in India.
AdBlue system failure (P20E8) → vehicle at workshop for over a month → partial warranty rejection without technical evidence → paid ₹23,626.
Despite multiple escalations, no response from Stellantis.

This is incorrect. I have not been contacted and the concern remains unresolved.
Additionally, payment has already been made for the service, but the final service invoice has still not been issued, citing internal closure issues.
Requesting immediate resolution. @CitroenIndia

Following up again — details were shared via DM 3 days ago, but there has been no response since.
This issue has already been escalated multiple times over email before coming here.
A vehicle kept for over a month and a system failure still being disputed without technical evidence — this is concerning.
Requesting escalation to senior leadership. @CitroenIndia@Stellantis
@CitroenIndia@CitroenIndia Thank you for the response. Details have been shared via DM.
Hoping this can now be resolved, as earlier attempts through email unfortunately did not lead to a resolution.
I contacted the new service station in Lucknow for Jeep and Citroen. They asked me to come ( 11th January) for black smoke and strong ammonia smell from citroen c5.
Visited, asked to come again as no engineer. Called for like 4 days still no engineer. @CitroenIndia@Citroen
