Most manual traders don’t fail because of entries.
They fail because decisions change with mood, news and last night’s P&L.
A trading system exists to remove that.
It defines:
• when it may trade
• when it must stay out
• how much it can lose
• how it behaves when conditions change
If you are moving from discretionary trading to algorithms, start here.
We publish the design principles behind THREE ALPHAS systems.
Most funded accounts aren't lost to bad strategies.
They're lost to one bad afternoon.
One revenge trade. One oversized lot. One news spike.
And the daily drawdown rule does the rest.
I'm building a tool to make that afternoon impossible.
The first module of a serious system is not the entry.
It is the permission to trade.
Before looking for a signal, the system should ask:
• is the spread acceptable?
• is volatility inside the designed range?
• is exposure already too high?
• is the session suitable?
Most “failed bots” were never given a filter to stay flat.
They were only given a reason to open.
A discretionary trader often has a good idea and a weak process.
The idea says “buy the pullback”.
The process does not define:
• which pullback is valid
• how large the position can be
• when the idea is invalid
• what happens after three losses
Automation does not fix that.
Writing the process down does.
If the rule cannot be coded, it is not a rule yet.
A profitable backtest can still hide a fragile system.
We want to know what happens when:
• volatility changes
• spreads widen
• losing sequences appear
• execution gets worse
Testing is not about finding the prettiest curve.
It is about finding weaknesses before the market does.

Risk management should not be added after the strategy.
It should be part of the architecture from the beginning.
Position sizing.
Exposure limits.
Exit logic.
Conditions to stay out.
Good systems are designed around survival as well as opportunity.

Ejecución
A trading system is only as good as its execution.
Strategy matters.
But so do:
• spread
• slippage
• commissions
• order handling
• market conditions
Backtests are part of the process. Execution completes the picture.

A trading system should be designed for the days that go wrong — not only the days that go right.
Real markets bring:
• changing volatility
• wider spreads
• unexpected execution
• losing sequences
A robust system needs rules for all of them.
Risk control is not a feature. It is part of the architecture.

Our new THREE ALPHAS bot is now LIVE.
Today it has already completed its first trades and produced its first live results.
The account is available in Investor / Read-Only mode, so you can follow the system directly in MetaTrader 5 and see how it performs under real market conditions.
No screenshots only.
No backtest-only claims.
Live account. Real execution. Transparent tracking.
Access details are available in our Telegram channel.

A trading system should know when NOT to trade.
Good execution is not only about finding entries.
It is also about recognizing when conditions are poor:
• Spread is too high
• Volatility is abnormal
• Market structure is unclear
• Risk is no longer justified
Sometimes the best decision an algorithm can make is to stay out.
Discipline also means doing nothing.

Automation doesn’t create discipline. The system behind it does.
A trading bot can execute thousands of decisions without emotion — but automation alone doesn’t make a strategy robust.
The real work is in the rules:
• When to enter
• When not to trade
• How much to risk
• When to exit
• How the system behaves when conditions change
Automation executes. Structure decides.

A strategy can be profitable and still be fragile.
The real questions begin after the backtest:
How does it react to higher spreads?
What happens during drawdowns?
Does it survive different market conditions?
Performance gets attention. Robustness earns confidence.

Something new is coming.
Built from testing.
Refined through data.
Designed with one principle in mind: discipline over promises.
We’re almost ready to show you what we’ve been working on.
The next chapter of THREE ALPHAS is about to begin.
Stay close.

Most people only see a trading bot when it’s finished.
I think the interesting part is everything that happens before that.
Testing ideas.
Breaking strategies.
Finding weaknesses.
Rebuilding them.
Testing again.
I’m going to start sharing more of that process here.

Trading is a game of probabilities, not predictions.
A robust trading system isn't built around guessing the next move. It's built around defined rules, controlled risk and repeatable execution.
Process over prediction.
Discipline over emotion.
