23 years I've been a teacher. 3 years as a HoD and 7 as a Head of Year. I've never felt so overwhelmed and exhausted as I do now. I love my job but the thought of doing this for another 26 years blows my mind. Pastoral is a tough gig but seems to be getting more challenging
