hey @TeamYouTube hello, I had a monetized channel that was recenlt removed form the platform, there were no strikes and wanted to know what we could do to get it reinstated

@TeamYouTube well the channel doesn't have any strikes, i am mainly inquiring about the ad-sense. how to change it, and why it didn't change successfully,

i am now being told in youtube studio that i can change it in YT studio , but on desktop it says i must wait 32 days?

im so confused...
