@PetlogUK you say you have extra staff on but nobody is answering the phone today. Bank holiday it may be but you really need to sort this mess. I work at a rescue unable to transfer keepership on several animals waiting to go to new homes. We have emailed & called. No response.

@PetlogUK Your statement does not address concerns from rescue and rehoming centres who's animals cannot leave to go to their new homes until details are changed. Please contact these welfare and rehoming centres and explain. We cannot get hold of you and this needs sorting.
