Mushroom Biriyani + Mushroom Chinthamani

This is my first time trying Mushroom Chinthamani, and dear lord 🥰 it is so simple yet so satisfying.
I feel so good after finishing my meal!

Posting just for the record. It is scary to imagine what would happen in a few years when we are hit by another disaster.
It seems necessary to own a generator/solar, lift your house up with a jockey or desert the ground floor and move to 1.

This is how my road looks (Kottivakkam Lakshmana Perumal Nagar)
All water is being drained, roads are ruined.
Very grateful to all people working to get this done, though our road is now unusable and seems like it would take a few days to drain.

The street next to me, seems to be in a much worse condition with two sides of the road being dug out to create two drains!
It is completely not commutable.
