Paying someone to help you force another human into existence is human trafficking. It would be illegal if the system didn't want all the expendable slaves, consumers, and soldiers it can get its hands on. Abolish surrogacy, IVF, sperm/egg selling, etc.
Some people have climate anxiety because they don't want to get swept away in a flood or see their homes go up in smoke. Understandable. But they don't want to go vegan because they like murdering too much. They also contribute to the great human overpopulation explosion.

@MissionFed Turns out the letter wasn't stolen or lost in the mail. @MissionFed subsequently processed a check in the letter after their customer service representative wanted to stop it.
If @MissionFed hadn't returned the direct deposit from the IRS and instead asked me to send scans of an affidavit & death certificate, then the subsequently issued paper check, the affidavit, & original death certificate wouldn't have been stolen/lost in the mail system.
