As great as it is to not have a conservative gov anymore the unfortunate reality is that the far right is on the rise.

Reform UK's numbers are terrifying.

Labours incredible landslide victory should be celebrated but we can't ignore how much work there is still yet to be done.

By my count, of the 95 positions that make up the Labour, Lib Dem and Green youth wings only 13 are held by BAME people.

Of these 13, 8 are non-BAME specific roles.

7/8 (88%) are in Labour.

It’s clear only Labour is seriously committed to uplifting young BAME voices 🌹
