If you aren’t TESTING #ACL reconstruction and rehab athletes then you are GUESSING!
No two complex #kneeinjuries and surgical reconstructions are exactly the same.
And neither is the recovery time back to full activity!

When deciding on how to recover:
What has the greatest benefit with the lowest cost?
If you have the money..then make sure what you invest in does no harm.
What have I missed or left out?

This is great info for wider pops. I just wonder if it is applicable elite sport? Hoe many athletes are willing to trial rehab for 12 weeks with an everlasting risk (big or small) of still needing surgery and having more time out. Vs op straight away and 12 week or less recovery.

I don't think you'll ever be able to truly predict injury, but is this the right way to be going and does it have value? Or is it just a fancier ACWR that soon gets found out?
"Artificial intelligence has yet to fully establish its place at the table when it comes to mitigating injury risk. But it will only be a matter of time."
