@Roblox You have the following options:

1) Revoke the RDC invitation you sent to Wil, effectively banning him from it before he can even attend.

2) If you still allow him to attend, impose strict monitoring of his activity, and take action if he is caught violating conference rules.

Any video game developer, on Roblox or otherwise, should reject any role applications by Wil. He, like his former boss is, and will be a brand and trust risk for any of your projects. He deserves nothing short of becoming blacklisted from this, and other industries as a whole.
