Don't know about MS and OK but in AL death row inmates are deliberately dehydrating themselves to make lethal injection near impossible.
The scheme is that since the law only allows 24 hours to perform an execution they hope to slip passed and survive on a technicality.

I can't post examples here for obvious reasons but if you search you will find photos from books that have been proposed to be removed of children in graphic and disgusting positions.
