@Griffout86@vgkid415@XBOX People who kill creativity in games are the suits who lay people off, not people who get laid off. ID software lost engine programmers, Bethesda lost artists and writers. Redirect your hate towards the suits who dictate how the game should be without knowing what people want.
@PS_Support_UK Just uninstall the games you don't need, you can re-install them from your physical disc later, takes like 10 minutes even for the biggest games.
@pimpinpimpin0@killer_sandvich@charlieINTEL It's your money, feel free to do what you want with them, but I wish more people realized that their purchasing habits form the market full of absolutely terrible business practices that ruin gaming for everyone in the end.
@pimpinpimpin0@killer_sandvich@charlieINTEL If you have the kind of money to buy season passes for games that are older than most of modern CoD playerbase, you can afford a laptop that can run a game from 2012. You don't have to unlock everything btw, it's optional, and lobbies are decently full depending on the hour.
@Coinvo Gun and ball gamers will ruin ownership of media for everyone just so they can play one (1) video game, so commercial failure is not happening. Rockstar can shoot their dog and they would still buy the game.
@pimpinpimpin0@killer_sandvich@charlieINTEL Plutonium on PC. Completely free (if you know where to look), always couple of full lobbies, they got their own anti-cheat too. No need to pay for season passes for a game from 14 years ago either. Games being this old also means you can run it on any shitty laptop too.
@pk_kenzie You shouldn't have deleted it tbh. There's always morons on the internet, shouldn't take what they are saying close to heart, just ignore em.
@NextGenPlayer Notice how he isn't even denying anything the note itself is saying, because it's just the truth and he can't, so instead he's getting mad at being called out.
@finnoreokastro@DeniZykov@shlm_en Exaggeration for comedic effect + illustrating the point. I am not literally comparing them, learn how to process what you read.
@BonziBon123@DeniZykov@shlm_en The problem is use of AI that wasn't necessary. End product might be functional, but its not made in a way people find ethical, simple as. Using it for even something seemingly innocent like this just normalizes AI further, which people are strongly against. Boiling frog and all.
@mrpyo1 Corporate ghouls are not human, they have no heart or compassion, they will not be moved by this. All they care about is amassing as much wealth as possible, everything else be damned.
@Gamerforever96@mrpyo1 You call him a kid, and yet you, presumably an adult, can't comprehend just how destructive for the future of media ownership Sony's move was. Good luck playing games once they delist em, close the store (which they actively do!) and jack up prices because there's no competition.
@BonziBon123@DeniZykov@shlm_en AI is a tool that also harms people. It can do good, but by and large it is used for bad. The cost of using it is way too high to justify it too. People will dislike it either way. There are justifiable uses for it, like medical research, but when it comes to art - just no.
@DeniZykov@shlm_en Nobody is saying that ai MADE it bad, people are against AI in general.
"Yeah this pedophile we hired in our restaurant is reprehensible, but he cooks well. You can't judge if you haven't even tried the food!"
It's not always about the end result, especially when it comes to art.
@Shredder8267@PhiDXGames > You deserve a long combo
Doing long combos is just not fun after a while, even if you are the one who does it. I'd rather play more neutral. You might genuinely enjoy rhythm games more, as they focus on inputting correct sequence of buttons over anything else.
@Shredder8267@PhiDXGames Fighting games are about interactions, long combos reduce the number of said interactions you can have each round. There's no difference between comboing in a real game or in practice mode - the input sequence is always the same. It makes the game worse. Long combos need to go.
@TigheSammy How many people do you think will lose their jobs as soon as physical goes away? Everyone from game stores both physical and web ones, to people who design box arts and such. Not even talking about it fucking over digital ownership forever. It's not even close.
