@PrimeVideo the tv app keeps cutting out after watching a show for 5 mins. It's happening after every ad. Happens when I try using the app from Rogers TV or if I go through Roku. Also tried restarting my TV box. Didn't solve it. What's up???
@RogersHelps I don't see an outage listed on your site, but we're definitely having one in Winnipeg MB. Shaw/Rogers internet and TV cutting out consistently. Transcona area.
@SkipTheDishes you just lost 2 customers today. We ordered multiple items, had 1 missing item, asked for a refund on the 1 item. Was told we ask for "too many refunds," so he will be denied all refunds in the future. Had 2 reps deny escalation to a manager & ended chats early-BYE
@UberEats I had a missing order item and when I reached out about it all you did was offer an apology, not a refund for the missing item. @SkipTheDishes offers refunds with no hassle. Guess I'll be exclusively ordering from them from now on.
@facebook why can't I change my event from private to public? Seems like an enhancement you need. I don't want to make a new event, since over 600 people are invited. Anything you can do???? I can change my status audience but not my event....

@MamaSissieSays@netflix Canada here! I can confirm that I travel for work and when I login somewhere else, all that happens is Netflix sends me an email that says, "did you just login? If so, great! Enjoy!. If not, remember, please don't share your password." So not strict at all. But I agree with you!
@AirCanada@TorontoPearson these delays are getting so brutal. Original flight at 9:10pm, delayed an hour, now delayed an hour and 45 mins. I just want to get home. Get your crap together. You shouldn't be having technical delays at 6am that are impacting flights at 9pm.
@AlexHoweWPG@ScottBilleck As someone who has worked for a sports team, not the Jets (haha) I will say sometimes it's not turnover, it's that the reps are getting promoted to premium areas or other departments, which is good for them. So every situation is unique

@DoorDash I'm currently in the middle of the worst experience I've ever had with a food delivery service. I ordered at 5:40 p.m. it's currently 7:27 p.m. and I still don't have my order. No help from the app & driver claims that he's not my driver and never had my order.
@cibc yes, I have tried on phones and desktop. I tried on Chrome and Firefox. So it's almost as if you guys are blocking me from the money to be honest.
@cibc I have a line of credit, and for some reason once it gets under $2000 available, you won't let me transfer any money out of it. It's money I should be able to have access to, but you keep giving me error code 0001 on desktop and app for months now. What's the deal?
