building an AI pipeline for a review workflow, need a mid-tier model: better quote-faithful extraction than GPT-4o-mini, but cheaper than Claude Opus.

Update: confirmed it's OpenAI's content filter blocking mid-completion on dense clinical or medical text (adverse events, safety data), not a bug on our end.
