@RoyalVolService can you clarify if we should click 'ON SCENE / WITH PATIENT' when we've accepted a task but before completed? The PDF guides say only do this when completed (point 10), but your video https://t.co/dfUAXedP1p (at 3.45) says we should do it to accept the task.
