We need to be making a greater effort to replace the phrase "social distancing" with "physical distancing".
We should not be encouraging people to disengage from socialising. Instead, we should be educating people about how they can adapt the way that they socialise.

When you want to give advice, do so in such a way that people will want to listen to you. Don’t be mean and hurtful. Don’t use harsh words and turn them off. Be genuine in wanting to correct their ways and help them get back on track. Your sincerity will long be remembered.
