@HiltonHotels upgrading a diamond member only to be told you can’t have that room at check in followed by a fridge that doesn’t work in your room is frustrating. Raising your concerns to the front desk only to be told no idea what happened and no action.Time to reconsider loyalty
@SouthwestAir It was not an incoming crew issue. It was a staffing issue, and it was a long gated by making us sit at the gate even longer we were well over an hour delayed, which is ridiculous.

Worst customer service award goes to…..@saks I’m so frustrated at the lack of help. No one wants to be held accountable. I just want my refund at this point. I’ll give my business to someone who values me. I have several emails and chat sessions that all end with no resolution.
