@AmygdalaBurdach @BornLik23266 @ZoeK1488 @nord_hedensk I know, indeed it's a good place (we are in CH right now), but its dense, not family-friendly, and property (yes even rural properly) is incredibly expensive and scarce. Slovenia seems like a good next alternative - most of CH's advantages but a lot cheaper and less dense.

As you can see we are searching for our place in the world :) What would you consider a strategic option few generations down the line?

It's perfect in nearly every aspect, even rural properly prices. It's arguably a strong contender for a place to go, buy land and raise one's children in. Ice Ages are a concern...

It is tradition to name our first children after the grandparents, but for our next ones (there shall be plenty), the name Varg may pop up in our family .-)

Introspection time: In the past years, I quit my online presence altogether. I focused on working on myself and my family. Got married, moved countries and worked 2+ jobs at the same time. We are now expecting our first child and looking to buy land soon. Life is good.

I am writing this, looking at old nostalgic videos of @BornLik23266 and @CachetMarie which inspired me to get out of the basement, learn and act. I would go as far as to say that Varg and Marie saved my life.

@Noble_Enchanter @irontoothjenny I volunteer to provide land in central/eastern Europe :) In the market to purchase a plot as of now. As long as people are willing, I believe we can actually achieve this in a few years. At least establish Thulean"hubs" throughout Europe .-)

@BornLik23266 @Forest_motherr I would argue it's also dying in Russia/Eastern Europe, albeit at a slower rate. An impressive amount of people, "normie" acquaintances included, have started to re-discover their ancestral faith organically. Hope is not lost - quite the contrary.

Soon I will hopefully be a father and will be able to afford forested land with a creek. Will return to posting soon!
