All I am saying is just that maybe those that have been working for the department of education for more than 5 years and have produced excellent results should perhaps be hired permanently especially those teaching Mathematics and Physical Science.

This year, they are not to be employed until further notice uhm i totally get that South Africans have to get first preference but most of them either go to Teaching because they have run out of things to do, its no longer passion.

What doesn't make sense though for me is that, each and every year they have to re-apply and basically re-send everything with the application as if its the first time applying

For instance, there are foreigners working as teachers and they work 10 times harder than Soith Africans, serving the country for more than 5 years.

Is there anyone looking after foreign nationals working in South Africa? If there is, do they have rights especially those working for the government?
