there will be no funeral for me. been to too many funerals and not one of them ever inspired me to desire ever having or planning one of my own.
I want simplicity and comfort in grief.. cremate me. get creative with my cremains. make some of me jewelry, use some more to plant a tree, and use the rest to scatter accordingly when my loved ones visit somewhere I would've loved. fire me in a bullet or mix me in with paint to hang up in the living room.
gather around a television, binge watch shows and movies I loved, impersonate me, and eat all the things I ate. make fun of me, cuss me out for not being here, and let me hear your laughs from the other side. let the spirit of me hover over you while you alternate between joy and grief, but allow me to fill your souls with an unexpected warmth and comfort. let me play with the energy or electronic wavelengths in the room to confirm my presence.
my soul is too big and too wild to be contained in a room with a schedule, a church, or a program. let my soul have the honor of watching those who loved me, find a way to keep my existence alive even though my body couldn't go anymore.
that is my wish.
"you should reach out to someone if your having suicidal thoughts" and say what exactly? "I wanna die please keep me from killing myself" I'm not gonna do that to my friends who I am already afraid to talk to let's be fr
That feeling when you hang up, and your razr says everything you didn’t.
Some are just discovering it. We’ve been making it even better.
Just wait for our next move. 👀
What doesn't kill you makes you
ghost all your friends,
lose your appetite, rot in bed all day, lose your academic potential, overthink everything at 3am, stop replying to people you actually love, lose interest in things you used to enjoy, feel tired even after doing nothing
i wish depression were an emergency. I wish someone could take one look at how sick I am and go “oh my god, we need to get you to a hospital!” and then when we get there I get rushed into surgery and the surgeons say “it’s a good thing you brought her here when you did, this is a seriously advanced case” and then they put me under and spend the next ten hours pulling metres of long, sticky black strands of gunk out of my body, throwing it immediately into an incinerator so that it can’t infect anyone else. And then they could stitch me back up and I could rest a few days, and when I leave the hospital everyone can see how much better I am and they congratulate me saying “well done, you’ve been so brave, I’m so glad you’re ok. I love you.
